Peppermint is a hybrid plant originally native to Asia and Europe that now occurs naturally in North America. The dried leaves and stems, which contain a high degree of volatile oil called menthol, lend a fresh, minty taste to tea blends.
Hibiscus flowers only last for one day on the stem, but keep considerably longer when dried and stored properly. The brightly colored blooms are typically dried for use in making teas and other beverages, including alcoholic cocktails.

Use 1 tsp (2 gr) per 6oz of water; heat water to 75°C/167°F (just before boiling); steep 3-5 min; Enjoy hot or iced.
